We started this store to solve two massive headaches in the Canadian DIY community: waiting four weeks for basic parts to arrive from overseas, and wasting money on cheap, unverified tools that risk scratching precious dials or damaging expensive watch cases.
We exist to put the right parts and the right tools in your hands, fast.
Our Roots: The DIY Ethos
You might notice we sell automotive key fob shells alongside precision watchmakers' tweezers. Why? Because North Repair Supply started as a generalist repair shop. We originally launched to solve a simple, everyday annoyance: broken car keys and overpriced dealership replacements.
That exact same DIY ethos—refusing to overpay, and getting the right parts to fix things yourself—naturally evolved into our true passion: watch modding and horology. Whether you are transferring a circuit board into a new fob shell, or dropping an NH35 movement into a custom diver case, we are here to supply the parts that get the job done right.

We are not a dropshipper. We don't blindly list thousands of catalog items we've never seen. Our philosophy is simple: If we sell it, we have tested it ourselves, and we know it works well. Every spring bar, watch movement, and pair of tweezers we stock is here because we ordered it for our own workbenches first. If a tool doesn't meet our strict standards for working on expensive timepieces, it doesn't make it to our store.
