RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. THE 14-DAY WINDOW We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. DAMAGES & DEFECTS (WE PAY SHIPPING) Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at team@northrepair.ca.

  • Resolution: For verified defects or errors on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs (via a prepaid label) or issue a full refund without requiring a return, at our discretion.
  • Photo Proof: You must attach a clear photo of the damage/defect to your initial email to speed up the resolution.

3. BUYER'S REMORSE / WRONG PART ORDERED (YOU PAY SHIPPING) If you ordered the wrong part (e.g., wrong FCC ID) or simply changed your mind, you may return the item under the following conditions:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition (e.g., key blades must be uncut).
  • Shipping Cost: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The original shipping fee ($2.00) is non-refundable.
  • Restocking: We do not charge a restocking fee, but we do not refund the initial shipping cost.

4. NO EXCHANGES We do not offer direct exchanges. This ensures you get the correct part faster and simplifies inventory tracking.

The Process: If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and make a separate purchase for the new item immediately.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Items that show signs of installation (scratches on watch movements, cut key blades).
  • Sale items or Gift Cards.

6. HOW TO START A RETURN To initiate a return, you must email us at team@northrepair.ca.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
