SHIPPING INFORMATION
The $2.00 Flat Rate (Untracked) To keep repair costs low, we ship almost all small parts via Canada Post Oversized Lettermail.
- Cost: $2.00 CAD Flat Rate.
- Tracking: NO TRACKING NUMBER. This service travels with regular mail (like a birthday card).
- Speed: 2–10 Business Days (varies by province).
Do you provide proof of shipping? Yes. Since there is no tracking number, we take a timestamped photo of your stamped, addressed envelope before it leaves our Millrise facility. If your order is missing after 15 business days, please contact us for this verification.
Need a Tracking Number? If you require tracking, you MUST select one of the other shipping options at checkout (prices calculated at checkout).
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
No. To keep operations streamlined and costs low, we operate as a shipping-only warehouse. We do not have a retail counter and cannot facilitate local meetups.
Q: Does the key fob come with the electronics?
No. Unless explicitly stated, we sell shells only. You must transfer your internal circuit board, battery, and transponder chip from your old key into the new housing.
Q: Are your watch parts and tools in stock, or dropshipped?
Everything listed on our site is physically stocked at our Calgary, Alberta facility. We do not dropship. If you can add it to your cart, it is sitting on our shelves and will ship within 24 hours.
Q: Are your watch tools safe for luxury timepieces?
We are a store built by watch enthusiasts. We refuse to sell cheap, unverified tools that will bend, snap, or scratch your cases. The tools we stock (like our Bergeon spring bar tools and Vetus anti-magnetic tweezers) are the exact same tools we use on our own personal workbenches.
Q: Do you offer custom watch building or modding services?
At this time, we are strictly a parts and tools supplier. We provide the hardware, but the joy of the build is left entirely to you!
Q: I need a specific watch part or tool that you don't carry. Can you get it?
We are constantly expanding our horology catalog based on what the Canadian DIY community needs. If you are tired of waiting weeks for a specific modding component, email us at team@northrepair.ca and we will look into stocking it.
