SHIPPING POLICY: PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

The "Low Cost" Trade-Off To support the Canadian DIY community, North Repair Supply offers $2.00 Flat Rate Shipping on all small parts. We achieve this by using Canada Post Oversized Lettermail.

• Cost: $2.00 CAD
• Tracking: NO TRACKING NUMBER. This travels with regular mail (like a birthday card).
• Speed: 2–10 Business Days (varies by province).

Proof of Shipment Since there is no tracking number, we provide Photo Confirmation of your stamped, addressed package before it leaves our Millrise, AB warehouse. This photo is attached to your shipping notification email.

Missing Packages If your order has not arrived within 15 Business Days, please contact us. Please note that errors in the shipping address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.
