🛠️ Engineer’s Note: Transfers Required

This is a shell only—it does not include electronics. You simply transfer the internal chip and components into this new shell. No reprogramming is required. This makes it a fast and cost-effective fix. To restore function, you must transfer these components from your old key:

Circuit Board: The main green electronic board. (Note: Unlike older keys, the transponder chip on these Fobiks is directly integrated into this main circuit board).

Battery: (Typically CR2032).

Emergency Key: You can either slide your existing cut emergency valet key directly into the bottom of this new shell, or have the included blank emergency key cut by a locksmith.
